چکیده
The study reported here of the relationship between the served during ventricular angiogmphy wls the only prfrequency of ventricular premature contractions during rameter, among a nmnber of other hemodynamk factors longterm electrocardiographic recording and tbe presence studied which demonstrated such a relationship. The deof ventricular dysfimction due to coronary artery disease gree of ventricnlar pnmatnre beats, a b e m c y or cow indicates that a direct relationship between these two pling interval duration, did not appear to have my defactors exist& The presence of ventricular asynergy obsciptive ~ c a u c e .

Postextrasystolic T wave changes and angiographic coronary disease.
The significance of postextrasystolic T wave changes in beats following induced extrasystoles was assessed by angiography in 55 patients. These T wave changes were found in 81 per cent of coronary artery disease patients but also in 68 per cent of patients with normal coronary arteries (PNS). All patients with normal baseline electrocardiograms and normal coronary arteries showed postextrasysto...
متن کاملEllagic acid improved arrhythmias induced by CaCL2 in the rat stress model
Objective: In ventricular arrhythmias, due to their free radical scavenging action, antioxidant agents are usually used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Since stress is considered as risk factor for increased mortality by causing malignant arrhythmias, the study was designed to evaluate the cardioprotective effects of ellagic acid (EA) on CaCl2-induced arrhythmias in rat stress model...
متن کاملComparison of Treatment Outcomes in Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft and Medical Therapy in Patients with Triple-vessel Coronary Artery Disease and Severe Ventricular Dysfunction
Introduction: Heart failure is a major hazard for public health. Despite recent advance in medical therapy, there is not enough information on the outcome of off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB) and medical therapy on the patients with severe ventricular dysfunction and triple-vessel (CAD). This study aimed to compare treatment outcomes and mortality rate in patients undergoing off-pump coro...
متن کاملThe Effect of Cardiac Rehabilitation on Left Ventricular Remodeling in Men and Women Patients with Coronary Artery Disease
Objective: Left ventricular (LV) remodeling is associated with increased morbidity and mortality therefore, interventions that halt or reverse ventricular remodeling are expected to prevent these clinical outcomes. The aim of the study was to assess the effects of cardiac rehabilitation program on cardiac remodeling process in patients with coronary artery disease and then compare the results b...
متن کاملPhysical signs, apexcardiography, phonocardiography, and systolic time intervals in angina pectoris.
Coronary artery disease and angina pectoris are frequently associated with disordered myocardial function which may cause abnormalities in precordial motion, heart sounds, and/or systolic time intervals. The pathophysiologic basis for these abnormalities has been studied by correlating them with more direct measurements of myocardial function. Large a waves on the apexcardiogram and atrial gall...
